Tony Davis is CEO of Quantus IT Solutions, an IT company specializing in IT support and structured cabling for data and voice. In addition to this role, he is also the CEO of American Digital Memories—a private industry initiative within the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Previously, he was the Executive Director of Imagine Freedom, a prison reentry entrepreneurship initiative aimed at empowering individuals within theOklahoma Department of Corrections.
Tony’s life journey encapsulates resilience, transformation, and leadership. He began his professional career with active duty in the United States Air Force as a Military Police Officer (SP) with the 92 nd Security Police Squadron. Honorably discharged in 1980, he transitioned to civilian law enforcement, serving as a police officer for five years. However, his career trajectory took a sharp turn in 1985 when he was wrongfully found guilty and sentenced to 20 years plus life with the possibility of parole. These sentences were to be served consecutively within the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. After completing the 20-year sentence he was granted parole in 2008.
During his incarceration, he played a significant role in the Incarcerated Veterans of America organization and lived what other incarcerated veterans deal with every day. These experiences have fueled his dedication to supporting others in similar situations. Through his work, he connects individuals with meaningful employment opportunities, offering mentorship that extends well beyond their release bringing attention to the unique challenges faced by veterans during and after incarceration. His advocacy and involvement reflect a deep commitment to addressing the issues that affect this underserved population.
While incarcerated he achieved an associate’s degree and after release obtained a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
