The Damascus Reentry Inc. Division of Institutions’ Reentry Model, known as “Operation Victory,” offers a dynamic and compassionate solution to significant challenges within the criminal justice system. By embracing a holistic strategy and dedicating itself to meeting the varied needs of incarcerated veterans, the program fosters personal transformation and helps build stronger communities.

The Victory Crew was created to formally honor individuals who are driven by a deep-rooted commitment to the men and women who honorably served their country, later found themselves involved in the criminal justice system and are now asking for help restoring their lives. Victory Crew Members understand that real change takes time, effort and support. They demonstrate by making a monthly donation their dedication to those participating veterans who desire to make a lasting impact on their lives.

We are committed to our donors who want to see tangible results and progress that their contributions are making a difference and are creating opportunities for positive change in the lives of men and women taking part in Operation Victory.
