Operation Victory is an Initiative of Damascus Reentry Inc., Division of Institutions providing pre and post release programs and services for Incarcerated Veterans. By focusing on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being particular to incarcerated veterans, the Initiative offers a pathway for each participant to make the most of their incarceration and successfully transition back into their community once released. Damascus Reentry Inc., a prison reentry and staffing organization since 2002, continues to be a leader in unconventional and sustainable solutions in incarceration and reentry.
